1. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel at any time through the Billing page in the dashboard or through PayPal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Access remains active until the end of the already paid billing period. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, cancelling does not create a pro-rata refund for unused time.
2. Refund requests
Paid periods are generally not voluntarily refundable. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact ballsdeepcommunity@gmail.com if the service was not supplied, was materially defective, or a charge was duplicated or unauthorised. Include your Discord guild/customer ID and PayPal transaction or subscription reference. Depending on the circumstances, we may correct the service, extend access or issue a full or partial refund.
3. Right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement before the deadline to Maurice Unterhofer, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-569-184, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, or ballsdeepcommunity@gmail.com.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to withdrawal. For a service contract, the right expires after full performance only where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence. Your checkout confirmation is recorded for this purpose.
4. Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to any lawful proportionate amount for service already supplied. Reimbursement is normally made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
