1. Provider and contract
The service is provided by Maurice Unterhofer; full details are in the Imprint. These terms apply to subscriptions for one Discord guild and its connected DayZ game servers. The service is available to consumers and business customers. A contract is concluded when the customer completes PayPal approval and the subscription is accepted or activated.
2. Plans and prices
Available recurring plans are: monthly at €9.99 every month; quarterly at €28.49 every three months; semiannual at €53.99 every six months; and annual at €101.99 every twelve months. The price shown at checkout is the total price for the selected billing period. Each plan covers one Discord guild, unlimited connected DayZ game servers and the dashboard/bot features available under that plan.
3. Automatic renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for another period of the selected length until cancelled. The community owner may cancel in the dashboard or in PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access remains available until the end of the already paid period shown in the dashboard. No further fee is charged after effective cancellation.
4. Customer account and third-party services
A Discord account, a Discord guild and appropriate permissions are required. Some functions require a Nitrado account and access token. Customers must keep accounts secure, provide accurate configuration and ensure that they are authorised to connect each guild and game server. Discord, Nitrado, PayPal, DayZ and platform-provider terms apply independently.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; circumvent access controls; interfere with the platform; overload, scrape or probe it without permission; distribute malware; infringe rights; or use moderation and player data without a lawful basis. Community owners are responsible for their commands, configuration, staff access and required notices to members and players.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide the service continuously but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, Discord/Nitrado/PayPal changes, network failures, security incidents or force majeure may interrupt features. We may make reasonable technical and security changes that preserve the core contractual service. Material adverse changes to a paid service will be notified where legally required.
7. Suspension and termination
We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, unlawful use, material breach or protection of other users and infrastructure. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach. Data is not automatically erased merely because feature access is paused or a subscription ends; deletion follows the Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.
8. Warranty and liability
Mandatory statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, assumed guarantees and liability required by law. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumer withdrawal information and the model form are in the Refund Policy. Except for mandatory rights, duplicate/unauthorised charges, non-delivery or an agreed remedy, paid subscription periods are not voluntarily refundable. Cancellation affects future renewal and does not itself reverse an already paid period.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers retain mandatory protection granted by the law of their country of habitual residence.
